After rigorous evaluation at the CQAR Testing Facility in Bangalore, we are pleased to confirm that all required tests, including extreme environmental conditions, have been successfully passed under JSS55555 MIL-STD testing, ensuring its compliance with stringent military standards. This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality and durable solutions for our defence for surveillance systems.
Challenges: The journey to success was filled with complex and demanding challenges. The testing procedures were designed to push the battery to its limits in order to assess its durability and performance in extreme conditions. The challenges included simulating intense environmental stress, extreme temperatures, high-rate discharges, and vibration/shock testing, all of which required precision engineering and meticulous attention to detail. MIL-STD and JSS55555 Compliance: Our Jerry Can Battery successfully passed the JSS55555 MIL-STD tests, meeting the highest standards of military specification for performance, durability, and environmental resilience.
